Locations and device status

Use the account token in each request. ListLocations finds location IDs; ListLocationGroups and ListLocationDevices use one of those IDs. GetLocation accepts optional query parameters through its request type.

For a device ID, GetDeviceDetail, GetDeviceStatus, and GetDeviceSettings return separate views. UpdateDeviceHealth uses a legacy health route. Check the result after changing settings or controls; a successful command only means the server accepted it.
